Reliability and limits

Scholarly gravestone edition and family reconstruction citing Familienregister p. 10 and Hüttenmeister. The editor explicitly treats the identification of the stone/person as probable rather than certain; the dates and identity must retain that qualification until independently resolved.

Supported discoveries

Miriam Einstein was a daughter of Lazarus/Elieser Einstein and Mathilde/Matele Samuel.

The 1828 proceeding directly names her father Lazarus; scholarly notes identify her mother as Mathilde/Matele Samuel.

Strongly supported
The Steinheim family-register reconstruction assigns Daniel, Babette Bela, Leopold, Jeanette, Miriam, Moses, and Clara to Lazarus/Elieser Einstein's first marriage to Mathilde/Matele Samuel; and Abraham, Esther, Babette, Fanny, Simon, Jette, and Hannchen to his second marriage to Jeanette Bernheim.

Two independent person pages in the Steinheim scholarly edition reproduce the same first-marriage child group, and the Lazarus page explicitly separates the second-marriage children. Both cite Familienregister p. 10.
