Rubin Milton Silverstein
Spouse of Edith Karola. A contemporary Atlanta obituary and his headstone identify him as Rubin Milton Silverstein. The 1926 naturalization petition of his father and the headstone give 2 January 1921, while the father's 1933 petition gives 2 January 1920; 1921 is retained as the better-supported date. Ruben is retained as a prior family-archive spelling.

Evidence-backed claims
Rubin Milton Silverstein's contemporary obituary directly identifies Edith Silverstein as his wife. S-027's certified death record names Mrs. Max Wortsman as Auguste's daughter; related file correspondence explicitly calls Cecilie Wortsman nee Saalfeld the daughter of Auguste and Ignatz, strengthening the first parent-child link. S-028 independently repeats that relationship in Auguste's signed application and counsel's family submissions. The remaining links in this composite chain are strongly supported by the existing family and published evidence, but S-027's Cunard confirmation describes the Wortsmann children only by age and does not name Edith.
A contemporary Atlanta obituary reports the 31 March 2011 death and age 90; the headstone and Samuel Silverstein's 1926 naturalization petition give 2 January 1921. Samuel's 1933 petition instead gives 2 January 1920, so the death date is confirmed but the birth year remains explicitly disputed.
Samuel's 1926 and 1933 naturalization petitions both identify Sara as his wife and Rubin as their son. The forms conflict on Rubin's birth year but not on the parent-child relationship.
