C-071 · Hypothesis
The Joseph Einstein in the official 1856 Laupheim emigration entry is a plausible candidate for P-025, the Joseph listed in the compiled household of Isak and Miriam Einstein, and may document that child's emigration to North America.
Evidence
The official LEO-BW entry records a single Jewish brewer named Joseph Einstein residing in Laupheim who emigrated to North America on 29 July 1856. P-025 is a Joseph Einstein in the reconstructed Isak/Miriam household, born about 1838 and already reported in compiled material as emigrating to America. The name, residence, religion, destination, and plausible age align, but the emigration index does not provide age, birth date, or parentage.

What remains uncertain
The LEO-BW index does not identify Joseph's parents or birth date, so it does not by itself prove that the emigrant is the son of Isak and Miriam rather than another Laupheim Joseph Einstein.
