C-074 · Confirmed
Baden-Wuerttemberg awarded Auguste Saalfeld DM 140.25 for emigration costs in 1956, settled her professional-loss claim in 1958 with DM 6,200 in arrears and a lifetime monthly pension of DM 100, and awarded DM 1,023 for household distress-sale loss in 1959; her pension was later raised to DM 106 and ended with her death in June 1965.
Evidence
The signed decisions, settlement copies, payment records, pension-adjustment decisions, and death-related closure correspondence in S-027 directly record each amount and disposition. The 1958 professional-loss settlement covered Auguste's own and derivative Ignatz claim and required waiver of further professional-loss compensation. S-028 preserves the corresponding authority calculation and waiver requirement from Ignatz's heirs file.

What remains uncertain
The file records legal awards, not complete economic restitution. The household award rested on an estimated distress-sale loss, and the business award used surviving tax figures and a statutory classification rather than a full reconstruction of the family enterprise's likely earnings.
